📖 What the card shows
Justice, card eleven, faces forward holding a sword in one hand and scales in the other. The scales mean fair judgement; the sword is the resolve to act on it. It is a card where cause and effect, action and responsibility line up exactly, and it marks a time to judge by facts and principles rather than feelings.
🔼 Upright meaning
A time of fair results. Work you have done honestly is judged on its merits. Favourable for anything that needs precision: contracts, paperwork, legal matters. Make important decisions on the basis of facts, not emotions, and you will not regret them.
🔽 Reversed meaning
Lopsided judgement or unfair treatment may become an issue. Also ask whether you are holding a bias yourself. If you are putting off a responsibility, it is better to deal with it before it is too late. Check documents and contracts once more, carefully.
💗 Love
Balance in giving and receiving matters now. If only one of you is making the effort, it is time to talk honestly. A clear conclusion may come — settling a serious relationship or making a commitment. Be careful not to judge your partner only by your own standards.
Friends, family and colleagues
Fairness becomes an issue between friends or colleagues. Do not leave money or task splits vague — settle them clearly. If you are asked to mediate, do not judge after hearing only one side.
💼 Work and money
Handle evaluations, reviews and contracts by the book and the outcome is good. Accurate records and evidence protect you. Financially, a good time to balance income and spending and to settle money you have lent or bills that need splitting.
🧭 Advice
Put it on the scales. Separate what you received from what you gave, and facts from feelings, and the answer sharpens.
Questions to ask yourself
- Are what you received and what you gave in balance?
- Take away the emotion — what are the facts?
